🎯Who are we looking for?

Are you passionate about turning HR data into actionable insights? Do you enjoy improving processes and working at the intersection of HR and technology? We’re looking for a curious, analytical and collaborative HR Analyst to join our team and support the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) across the Packeta Group.

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a data-driven HR role (HR Analyst, HRIS Specialist, People Analytics, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR data reporting.
  • Familiarity with system integrations and data flows between HR and other business systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, PowerQuery, data analysis).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar tools for process mapping.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or other business intelligence/reporting tools is a plus.

🛠️What will you be responsible for?

 As our HR Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of HR operations at Packeta. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and maintaining clear, structured process maps and workflows using Microsoft Visio.
  • Supporting HRIS implementation: gathering requirements, testing configurations, and assisting with deployment.
  • Collaborating with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth system integration with payroll, finance, and other business functions.
  • Building and maintaining HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems and platforms.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Acting as a bridge between HR, IT, and external partners.
  • Supporting training and change management activities related to new tools and processes.
