🎯Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a hands-on Pricing Manager to lead Packeta’s Size-Based Pricing (SBP) program end-to-end. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive a major commercial transformation across multiple markets. You’ll take ownership of pricing strategy, analytics, and execution, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product/IT, and BI to deliver measurable margin growth and scalable processes.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, strategy, or analytics within logistics, parcel, e commerce, or similar B2B services
  • Proven track record of leading cross functional programs and delivering results under ambiguity and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with imperfect data
  • Process mindset: ability to design simple, scalable processes and embed controls
  • Excellent communication — capable of briefing executives and coaching teams effectively
  • Bias for action, resilience, and ownership: you remove obstacles, not just report them
  • Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak

 

🛠️What will you be responsible for?

  • Turn strategy into action: Build and deliver the SBP roadmap, run pilots, and manage rollout across countries and services
  • Drive pricing analytics and cost modeling: Create and validate cost-to-serve models, translate insights into pragmatic price structures and client quotes
  • Lead cross-functional programs: Align stakeholders, unblock decisions, and keep initiatives on track
  • Design and standardize processes: From quote to invoice, define dispute frameworks, and embed controls to prevent leakage
  • Enable systems for the future: Partner with Product/IT to design billing and pricing systems, specify data requirements, and set automation priorities
  • Own results and reporting: Define KPIs (revenue, margin, volume mix, client behavior), track progress transparently, and communicate outcomes to leadership
  • Translate strategy into concrete initiatives: Set clear objectives, owners, and timelines
  • Lead rituals and decision-making: Drive stand-ups and steering committees, remove blockers fast
  • Use data to guide decisions: Test hypotheses, quantify trade-offs, and recommend price changes balancing profitability and client experience
  • Design and evaluate pilots: Select clients, set terms, manage invoicing, and iterate based on impact
  • Prepare executive-ready materials: Make complex topics simple and actionable
