👥 Our Team

We are the Talent Acquisition team supporting the company’s growth across regions. We are looking for an experienced TA Specialist who can run complex recruitment projects and bring a strategic perspective to talent acquisition.

🎯 Who Are We Looking For?

· 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in logistics, FMCG, or similar industries.
· Strong stakeholder management skills.
· Knowledge of Behavioral/STAR interview methodology.
· Excellent command of Czech and English; additional languages (HU, PL, RO) are a strong advantage.
· Background as a recruiter/HR professional or education in HR.

🛠️ What Will You Be Responsible For?

· Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions.
· Active direct search (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking).
· Collaborating with hiring managers on defining requirements and recruitment strategy.
· Conducting interviews using the Behavioral/STAR methodology.
· Reporting, ATS management, and process optimisation.
· Mentoring junior colleagues
Participation in employer branding
